Refund policy

Please notify us within 14 days of receipt with any problems or concerns.  I gladly accept returns on most items that we can resell.  Simply cover the return shipping fee and I'll refund the item cost.  Custom designs are not returnable unless flawed or damaged.  If you are unsatisfied with an item, please contact us to see if we can work out a solution that we are both happy with.  If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
